Frequently asked questions.

What is the role of a coach?

I’m here to support your growth in the areas that matter most to you—your career, confidence, relationships, habits, well-being, finances, productivity, or wherever you want to focus your energy.

I see coaching as a partnership:

  • Clarity – Together we’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck, explore your goals, and reframe obstacles so the way forward feels clearer.

  • Focus – We’ll set goals that truly matter to you and create a plan so your time and energy go where they count most.

  • Support – You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll be here with accountability, tools, and encouragement to help you stay on track and keep moving forward.

What does a coaching session look like?

A session is simply a one-on-one conversation in a safe, judgment-free space. We’ll focus on what’s most important to you that day—whether it’s a challenge you’re facing or a goal you’re reaching for.

I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and share tools or frameworks that can help. Each session ends with clarity and tangible next steps you can act on right away. Sessions are held over video, so you can join from wherever you are.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy and coaching are both powerful and supportive, but they serve different purposes.

  • Therapy often looks to the past—healing, processing emotions, and addressing mental health.

  • Coaching looks ahead—focusing on goals, growth, and creating the future you want.

How is coaching different from mentoring or consulting?

I’m not here to hand you answers or tell you what to do. Unlike a consultant or mentor, my role is to help you tap into your own insights, strengths, and values. I’ll bring tools, structure, and perspective—but the solutions we uncover will be yours, rooted in who you are and what matters most to you.
